according to KUALA LUMPUR: Iskandar Waterfront City Bhd (IWCity) shares were lower in early trade Monday as investors take profit after the recent gains. IWCity fell 6.17%, or five sen to a 76 sen in early trade. Speculation that IWCity's parent company Iskandar Waterfront Holdings Sdn Bhd (IWH) might get a second chance to develop Bandar Malaysia had sent shares in IWCity soaring in the past couple of trading days. On Friday, IWCity said IWH has not made any fresh attempt to bid for the development of Bandar Malaysia. IWCity, in a reply today to the stock exchange over its unusual market activities, said it was unaware of any news behind the recent spike in its share price.

Fiat Chrysler shares fall 4% on news Marchionne will not return
Shares in Italian carmaker Fiat Chrysler were down 4 per cent in early trade on Monday, as investors reacted to the shock news that chief executive Sergio Marchionne would not be returning to the group after he experienced serious complications during surgery. Mr Manley must now take on an ambitious growth plan outlined by Mr Marchionne, which aims to more than double the group's profits by 2022. He and carmakers worldwide must also contend with the escalating international trade battle between the US, China and EU. The group's subsidiary Ferrari, the supercar maker listed with the ticker symbol Race, was also down more than 5 per cent in early morning trade in Milan. Papa John's shares fall as board adopts 'poison pill'
The company said Schnatter and affiliates already held 30 percent of shares and were grandfathered in under the plan. Thomson Reuters' Eikon Social Media Monitor shows sentiment towards Papa John's turned negative in July, having been firmly in positive territory in previous months. The New York Yankees cut its ties with Papa John's earlier this month, citing the remarks by Schnatter and the company has removed him from its advertising. Pizza Hut then replaced Papa John's as an NFL sponsor in February. "The outlook for Papa John's is growing dimmer ... (the reports on Schnatter) reinforce consumer perception that Papa John's is not a trusted brand," O'Cull said.
